Mrs. Missy Watson

Education

I graduated from Olive Branch High School in 1994.  In 1998, I graduated from Ole Miss with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Communicative Disorders.  In 2000, I completed the Alternate Route to Teaching through the University of Mississippi.  In 2005, I returned to Ole Miss and completed my gifted certification.

Experience

This year (2023) marks my 19th year as a teacher and 18 of those years are in Gifted Education. 

Bio

My husband, Chris, is an Assistant Principal at DeSoto Central Middle School. We have 4 children. Cade is 21 and works as a Lineman. Addie Bea is 20 and is in college at Baptist Health Sciences University. Henry is 15 and in 10th Grade. Our 4th child, Owen, is 9 and in 4th Grade. We also have an enormous kitty cat named Luke and 2 kittens named Daisy and Duke. We are members of the Olive Branch Church of Christ.
